Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

To help us assess the issue, please provide:

  • Clear photos and/or videos of the defect or damage

  • A brief description of the problem

After verification, you may choose one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement item
    (The replacement can be shipped together with your next order)

  • Credit deduction
    (A deduction from the total value of your next order)

  • Refund
    (Please refer to Section 4. Shipping Returns for shipping-related terms)

Note:
Whenever possible, we recommend choosing a replacement shipped with your next order or a value deduction, as this helps minimize additional shipping and customs costs.


 

Returns

As we operate on a B2B basis, returns for non-defective products are not supported.
We strongly recommend confirming product specifications and quality through samples before placing bulk orders.

Returns may be requested only for defective products, and must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging

  • The return request must be submitted in advance and approved by our team

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is within 14 business days

Please Note

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds requested without prior approval will not be processed

 

 

Shipping Returns

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Please be aware:

  • Even if your order was listed as “Free Shipping”, the shipping cost is already included in the product price

  • Shipping typically represents approximately 30%–50% of the product value

  • Therefore, shipping fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances
